The new house we are in Charges us 25 per pet, we have 6 pets, the 4 dogs and two cats. They did not charge us a deposit. I was talking to my friend who rents in an apartment building and they charge 400 pet deposit, non-refundable. I think that is wrong. When you are ready to move out, if there is damage then I say keep the deposit, if there is no damage done why should the deposit be kept? Just not right. |
