She is getting a bit older, but try shaving the hair off her ears.
If you don't have clippers use the sideburn part of your husbands electric shaver. That works well.

This procedure may take several weeks.
Also remember, she is at that age she will be losing her milk teeth.
So her ears will drop again.
That seems to always happen as soon as I get my Puppies ears standing.
Don't fret, believe me, her ears will stand.
