Anyway, Balston Spa finished me off. My handler's feeling is that Cooch was beautifully groomed and showing well but the judges don't seem to be liking his small size this year. Six years ago I went to my first show with a gorgeous 6 lb dog that looked big and clunky next to the itty bitty things that were popular that year. I guess you really have to follow trends and be ready to run with the latest fad.  |
Wow! I just looked at Cooch's picture and he is very pretty! Too bad that I didn't live closer I'd love to give him a wonderful home. It sounds like you really had a hard time in the show ring. I've heard it can be a very difficult thing to be involved with.
