But you also should be looking into a trainer or behaviorist to work on the problem- for example if he is a fear biter, you will only make it worse by forcing him into the situation with no means to protect himself.
He should not have many chances to interact with other dogs while in the muzzle either, just passing by on a walk is one thing- but he shouldn't be playing with other dogs in a muzzle.
