By the looks of the pics they need their hair clipped. A yorkies ears are not literally clipped. You can have a groomer, vet, or you can use a pair of grooming clippers. It is real easy just shave the hair to the form of their ear. some people only trim the tips others do the entire ear until they start standing. Once they stand keep the tips cut to the ^ shape. this will keep them from being weighted down.
