While I wouldn't be really "happy" with a P&G buyout.... I also don't feel it's the end of the world. Natura has not changed any of their formulas thus far as far as we know and they have been with them for a year or more. I would probably never feed IAMS but just because P&G owns Iams does not necessarily mean that everything else they own is terrible, either.
