Does it take that much common sense to realize not to leave a living being locked inside a hot car? I can only hope they wouldn't do it to their human child.

I'm sorry, but if you saw this was happening why the heck didnt YOU a call animal control? Why just talk about it loudly in the lobby? It just floors me that you didn't intervene when you KNEW what the owner was doing was wrong.
