 What to do?
My neighbors got a puppy yorkie last weekend. My heart sunk when I saw that because this woman is - let's say... very self involved. She has two very young, very hyper little boys who she spends little time with, and the way she was carrying this poor puppy, she looked to be using it like a fashion statement. I can't say anything to her because we don't get along, as they are loud and I've filed several noise complaints with the management about them.
So tonight, the poor pup is left alone and in the dark. It's been crying for well over two hours now. It's now midnight, still no one home. It's making me want to cry! Wall-e hears her too, and is all worked up about it. I called our security company who said they will come take a look, but nothing much else they can do. I'm ready to break down the door! Any suggestions?
