UPDATE FRI AFTERNOON: Just spoke with Jennifer W. at the ARL in Boston. She said no new updates since 8/9...but Foxy is doing well! I guess the wife of the couple she's staying with is a dog groomer, so she has her decked out in bows, and keeps her looking nice! She is going to a playgroup regularly, and her appetite is very good! She enjoys treats. Jennifer told me that the vet managing her care, Dr. Smith, is out of the country next week, but that she'll have a more detailed update when she returns the following week. She was thrilled about our current amount of $840. She said that donations have slowed down a bit since they haven't been airing her story on the news - So let's see what we can do to reach or exceed $1000 by next week!
