I agree, nothing is impossible. Teddy was 8 months old when I brought him home from our breeder's house where he had outdoor access and was fully outdoor trained. He took to peeing on the pad immediately, but pooping was more difficult to convince him to do inside on a pad.

It took about 2 weeks and it was very emotional because he wanted to do the right thing and go outside. I had to barricade him in the back hall covered in piddle pads and tell him over and over that is was okay. We really needed him to be pad trained. When he finally pooped, I threw a party and showed him how happy I was. From that day on, he could do it.

My boys still prefer to go outside, but they can use the pad when necessary.
