where exactly is the bump? all of my dogs have a bump on the center of the roof of their mouth towards the front, a short distance behind where their teeth are. If this discribes your dogs bump I wouldn't worry about it. If it is a tooth there is no need to worry about it till it comes in, then you should propable have it pulled. Hope this if helpful.
