Congratulations on your rescue dog!! Good for you!
I can't offer any miracle training solutions. I think she just needs constant supervision right now and maybe even being on a leash tied to someone's belt when you are moving around the house so someone is always there when she starts searching for a place to poop. I think once she has not pooped in the house for a while she will start to get the idea that she needs to do that outside and she will use the bell or a bark by the door to let you know she wants to go out.
You could see if you can get her to poop on a wee wee pad in the house by the door and then move the wee wee pad outside gradually.
Obviously lots and lots of priase when she does go outside will work wonders as well.
