Oh no!!!! If you have it, try to get drops immediately The doctor should have told her to stay home!!

I think if it was viral it just had to run its course. I'm not sure though. I think bacterial can be treated, but viral can't.

WELL here's a story. The redness was getting a little better. I actually stopped using allergy drops because within an hour or so after waking up they weren't red anymore. Then last Saturday I woke up in the morning with a red swollen bump on my upper eyelid! And it hurt! I thought since it was overnight maybe I had done something to myself, maybe scratched it on my engagement ring or something, or maybe an insect bite. It was noticeable, but not so bad. You couldn't see it from far away, my sight wasn't impaired or anything. I thought I'd leave it for the day. The next day it was no better so I went to the doctor. It was blepharitis, an infection of my eyelash follicles! Ugh. So I have been using some drops this week and it's totally better now.
