I have worked in the human medical field for many years. It is sickening the number of teen pregnancies coming in all the time. These are not unplanned pregnancies. The girls and many times their boyfriends want a baby. It's like a toy to them. They have no touch with reality. They have never had to be concerned about working or any type of responsibility. Watching them come in for years after that baby is born is even sadder. All the pain and suffering that comes as a result of this behavior is heartbreaking! And the drama!
Although this goes on with teenagers I have to say we see much of it in the supposed more mature people as well. What I am saying is that our society has sunk to a new all time low in a large sector of the country. When I see how babies and children are treated I think there is little hope for the animals. If people don't have the brains to wait and have children in a established family setting why would they think of the responsibility of caring for an animal?
