I would encourage you once again to consider the x pen for your pup. Being in a crate 8 hours a day and then having to spend the night in a crate is a lot of confinement for a puppy or a dog. Dogs need tons of exercise and being so closely confined for so many hours is tormenting for a dog. It may have something to do with why you pup is not sleeping well at night. He is sleeping during the day since he has nothing else to do. If he was in an x pen with some toys he would at least have something to do during the day. |
