I'm not understanding your post. You've been a member here for two years? Under a different screen name? Because under your avatar it says "member since December 2010, and that's only 8 months ago. I also don't understand how you could be following a thread for nearly two years when it was posted less than 3 days ago.
Regardless of the legality or injustice of what has occurred here, how can someone that can't afford a new puppy have the money for a court fight? Are you providing your services pro bono?
I feel sorry for the dog. The breeder and the original owner have both bounced this dog around all of it's life.
