This is not a brush off, just advice type in: puppy coat in upper right corner of forum. Many threads have been writen about this. I can't say with out seeing and feeling his coat. But, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Toby is so blessed to have you and I am sure he will be loved and spoiled no matter what.
