You are not being a worry-wart. Do not take these symptoms litely. I would like to suggest a full blood workup. Have your vet look at the liver enzymes. I had a poodle with the same symptoms,he would be fine for a while and then sick for a week and then fine for a month or two. My vet thought the same thing. I asked for a full bloodworkup and it gave us some answers.
