VILLETTE, the portions that everyone talks about, I need to catch up with everyone and I kinda need to verify some things about the portion I wanted to find out if they are about the same as I was eating? 4oz of protein 1/2 cup to 1 cup green veggies no yellow! all green and for salad do not use a lot of lettuce use cabbage, brocoli, spinach along with 1/2 cup veggies (raw) is this about the same we are doing?
