A lot of restaurants use Knorr in their dishes. Because we have a RV I bought the granules because they don't need to be refridgerated after opening and they are not salty like the canned broth. At home I've been using Better Than Bouillon which I get at Costco but it has to be refridgerated after opening. What I also like about the granules and bases is you can add a touch more for a more intense flavor.
