I wondered if they were going to do something about this, yes Judge Perry really gave him hell in court, and said that even though he was an advocate for his client’s rights he was first and foremost an officer of the court and should have pointed this discrepancy out as soon as he learned about it. He has no scruples or ethics and I hope life gives him plenty of what he deserves.
