Is it possible that the poop is getting stuck in her butt fuzz? It does happen. Trim that area up a bit, if it's longer than 1/4"
Also, make sure she's drinking enough water. Dry poops get stuck and they can scrape and cause a little blood. Adding a teaspoon of 100% pure pumpkin (canned, no spices) can help with both diarrhea and constipation. It balances the water content of the stool.
