 Puppy shots
My puppies aren't even weaned at 6 weeks, nor are they usually weaned at 8 weeks. I start feeding them somewhere around 4 weeks but always let the Moms do the weaning. When she doesn't want to go in with them anymore, I don't put her in.
Pups aren't ready for their first vaccinations until after weaning. I always wait until they are about 10 weeks for their first vaccinations then 4 weeks later for the next then 4 weeks for the last in the series.
