My baby (2 yrs old) Bella is mostly potty trained. When I rescued her at age 1 she was NOT potty trained at all.
When I got her and began potty training "outside" was a bad word to her. I'm guessing when on the rare occasion the old owner tried to take her outside I'm guessing they were not nice to Bella about it because when I would say "outside" she would start shaking
. It took us a good month to learn that it wasn't a bad word. I'd always say it in the sweetest tone & constantly praise her when she started to willingly come to me on her own to go outside. I would say she is 95% potty trained. Still has tge occasional accidents. Lately she gas been doing it inside more frequently. I'm not sure why either because she still is taken out 6-8 times a day. My husband was deployed overseas so maybe she was upset with him being gone, as she lives her daddy very much.
