I was wondering , how do you all raise your yorkies ? What methods do you use?

Do you use positive training? (never scold or ban just don't give attention if not behaved correctly, wait until he does the right thing and then reward him)
Cesar Milan methods ?
Negative training ? (scold and ban very much, little as none rewards just say no if bad and do nothing if the dog does right).

Or some other??

With Fido, I use very much rewards (both just saying nice things to him when he's good, give him treats or play with him as a reward), and when he's bad I say ''NO!'' to him and ''Bad boy!'' , not more than that most often I don't like using much negative training it just makes him scared he knows what NO means.
Don't want bad comments about this but I use a little bit of the Cesar Milan methods, but mostly just the way he teaches dogs to heel (it worked for Fido, and 3 other dogs I know very well !) and I use the alpha roll cause Fido has 1 behavioral problem ,if he for an example eats the food from the cat without me knowing and I'm going to stop him, he growls at me and does whatever to keep eating the cat food the only thing that works to snap him out of that state of mind is using the Alpha roll, without that he had probably bitten me ! But I can snap him out of that kind of behavior right away with using the alpha roll, I also use it correctly he knows he's suppose to lay on his side.
Fido is much better with his problem now than before I started using the alpha roll and it's almost gone away

I'm always giving Fido some treats , saying kind words to him (don't remember what it's called) , I don't ban him things often so I use more of a positive training than the other two.
