You could try teaching them to use pet stairs/ramps and that jumping is not how the way to get to where they want. You could sit on the couch and have them to sit on the floor next to the couch and after waiting, say "good job!", give a treat and lift them up. Repeat. Or if you get pet stairs/ramps train them to use those with treats so they know if they use the stairs they will get a treat. Every time they jump, use a "uh uh" or some kind of no, so they are aware that this is not how you want them to get up there. I hope this may help some.
