Most of you know my story. But I chose help with experienced breeder/mentor because my mom comes over when my bitch is in labor and she's bred Rotties for years. I also selected employ mid-wife because I do work full time and if I'm not home around the time period I do have Barb take my mom's home to her house for a day or two. She is the professional whelper at my clinic..in 2005 she whelped over 500 puppies of all breeds. Talk about experience eh?
I do commend those of you that whelp alone.
I couldn't imagine only using 2 hands to do all that's involved. I guess it all comes with experience
