Lisa & Roberto co-own both shops. However, Lisa works at the Frisco location and Roberto at the Plano location. I wouldn't hesitate to use either location. Both Lisa and Roberto have a very high standard, immense knowledge about how to groom many breeds, great ways with dogs and are all about customer service.
I started with Lisa, and for that reason alone, have stayed with her. She knows my kids, their quirks and how I like them cut. If you go, let them know you heard about them from YT.
