I second Ellie May. The creatinine level isn't excessive, but even mild dehydration can cause the number to increase. The BUN level, while being a measurement of kidney function, can also reflect liver problems since urea is a by product of protein metabolism in the liver. I haven't seen any references to alk phos levels being elevated in kidney disease, its normally associated with the liver. I'm glad you were referred to a specialist who can do more extensive testing. Please let us know how it goes.
