Some people aren't meant to OWN pets at all!
This is sad and shows how irresponsible they are in making these type of decisions. I understand sometimes there are certain circumstances that they absolutely cannot keep their furry loved one. But these rash decisions to get a dog or any pet and toss them aside without a thought is infuriating and sad. I'm glad your grandpa took the chihuahua in and hope that she is getting the love and attention she deserves.
