If you press your finger into a chew and there is no "give", then they are too hard for teeth and can even break them.
I've never seen Himalayan Chews before, so can't say for certain, but I've heard they are very hard. Very hard things are bad for teeth.
I'd talk to a vet before giving them. I'm fairly sure my vet would say a big no. I don't like the thought of $500+ to remove a broken and abscessing tooth.
