Don't be heartbroken!!! Having to wait longer for a more acceptable little mother is not on my list of life's tragedies. This is not a sad thing at all.

I give you a lot of credit for doing the right thing with the only downside being your having to wait a little longer . The pluses far outweigh any possible problems a smaller mother and her pups might experience. This should more than offset any impatience you might be feeling.

Congrats to you! I wish everyone approached breeding the way you are.

Hang in there - good things are worth waiting for.
