LOL...sorry I shouldn't laugh but just picturing what you were saying I couldn't help it.
It sounds like Zoey has come in and established herself as the pack leader of the house...lol My suggestion would be to try a bit of training. More than likely she will calm down a bit and everyone will be happier. As for the prissy dog with bows....well you could sneak up on her while she's sleeping.
