I agree with Ladyjane that at least cutaneous vasculitis should be considered.

My Piccolo has cutaneous vasculitis, but has been in remission for about for at least three years. She was diagnosed at a Vet Dermatologist and this doc told me that this was probably a reaction to vaccines. According to this vet, the most common cause is from the rabies vaccine.

Piccolo also had a secondary infection, which is suppose to be common with this type of vasculitis.

Your pictures look much different than Piccolo's spots, but I am sending anyway, so you can compare. (I do not have these pictures on this computer, so sending the old thread with the pictures.)

I do recommend going to a Vet Dermatologist. Good luck and hope things get figured out quickly.
