Dori has Embrace and we have been happy with their customer service. You can choose your own deductible and add a wellness plan for stuff not covered in the regular health plan. The wellness plan is like a health savings account. We get $200 worth of wellness coverage for $149/year.
When I compared Purina (at my vet's request), I found them to have excellent coverage, but a tad more expensive.
