Like, it was REALLY noticeable. I did not know what was wrong with him. I had went away and my step-mom fed it as she had ran out of their regular food. Now I realize this was a quick switch, but still, never has a food done that to him. He also immediately threw up a few times after eating it. Gross stuff. And it's made by Purina. I just don't see a reason for corn *shrugs* Pure and simple. I don't think the dogs get any benefit from it but I don't really think it hurts them, either. Humans can't even digest it. I don't see a reason for a lot of things in dog food, though. Garlic is included in a few, and supposedly that's toxic to dogs, so it always confuses me why it's included in dog food but whatever. The small amounts in the dog food probably doesn't make a difference. But it seems like an insignificant ingredient to me. | That's what I mean. Does corn have any nutritional value, or is it just tasty? I have to look for that article that says huitlacoche is more nutritionally sound than corn.
