VPI was ex'ed off of my list because they have a benefits schedule based on customary charges. I use vets that aren't afraid to charge what its worth, so it's not always "customary". So that kind of insurance wasn't going to work for us.
There is also Embrace (really like them) and Pets Best (didn't like their exemptions/exceptions).
