Valerie, why is Zumanity not worth it bc of the costumes? Their costumes aren't as elaborate you mean?

I've never seen a Cirque show in person, only on tv. How much am I looking at here per ticket? What can I expect for last minute prices? I'm having a tough time justifying $200 min for two tickets now. We said we don't do the club thing anymore, so we should go see a show, but never have we spent $200 for one night at a club, so it's not like where taking money we would have spent at one place and spending it at another. Money's a bit better for us, but not $200 better. LOL
Zumanity is an "Adult" cirque show. If there are costumes there isn't much material. My daughters saw "O" and because it mostly takes place in the water the costumes weren't as elaborate.

Reese1 suggested the 1/2 price discount places on the strip. The day of the performance they are marked down, if there are any tickets left. Also, surf the net for discount tickets. Sometimes they have specials. Check with the hotel you're staying at. Some offer discounts.

I've seen several of the traveling shows and 4 of the Cirque shows in Vegas and I've never been disappointed. The first time my daughter wanted me to go I thought it was too expensive, but after seeing one show I was hooked. A lot of the performers are former Olypians. Watching it on TV doesn't compare to seeing it in person. Especially, KA where the stage tilts to be perpendicular with the floor.

I'm waiting for the new Michael Jackson traveling show to come here. I think the music would be awesome.
