My favorite is the Beatles Cirque Show, its called "Love" and it is at the Mirage.
Sometimes you can get deals if you look around online- we got pretty cheap seats when we went and it was AMAZING! Plus, it doesn't matter where you sit because there are no bad seats in the theater.
