One of the best ways to teach your dog to respond to the come command is to first teach sit and stay. Put your dog in a sit/stay.....with a small rope attached that is at least 6' long, walk away and say "come." Of course if she responds correctly she gets big rewards. If she will not come gently pull on the rope or leash until she is with you. Big reward anyway. Always use happy encouraging voice. Never call your dog to correct it.
