I forgot don't keep repeating the COME command. Say it once. Then gentle tug if you have to. Say Good Come when she does come. Try to only give the Come command, when you can enforce it. Until she is trained, she should be told to come, only when you can make her come. That way she never learns to ignore the command, because something else has her interest ! My dogs will stop in mid squirrel chase and come, because it is such a habit. |
