I have a yorkie female who is 16 pounds. She can be strong minded and stubborn at times but is a good dog she doesn't want you to do certain things for her like pick her up to put her on a piece of furniture you either have to provide stairs or she will jump because she wants to do it herself and if you make her mad she will not look at you even if you say her name until she decides to get over it lol. She was potty trained by 9 months old and most potty training accidents are due to human error. She loves people and kids like crazy and if anyone is crying she wants to give them kisses. She is so full of life throwing toys and bones and sometimes her bed around but she listens very well and picks up on a lot of the words I say. Most yorkies I have run into around here are normally nice and friendly. I think a lot of it has to do with training and lack of it. I think yorkies are very smart dogs Callie has very much proven that to me as well as some of the videos on here of all the tricks some have learned.
