Work on teaching her to come like you would other tricks. I am a big fan of puppy class. One of the things I did to practice on getting her to come was me and my grandma went outside, I gave my grandma the end of the very long leash and Callie was hooked on the leash. First i started close to Callie and say Callie come moving my hand toward me as I said it and when she would come I would give her a treat. Then I would back up and do it again and just kept doing that.
