Walking sideways- is it just when she is in the harness or does she do it at other times, too? Sideways walking can be a symptom of liver shunt. Jackie is old enough that you might want to consider having BAT's done to rule out a problem.
I hope the state is successful in shutting down the seller in the link you provided. It's a very sad story.
