Good luck on getting rid of them. Sounds like you are on the right path. My MIL says to put out white bowls of water and they will jump into it. I have seen her do this and yes there really were fleas in the water.
It wouldn't hurt to try it! Ha ha. Don't blame me if it don't work. She swears by it!
