Wow, I don't think ours are that big! Lol. If my Beagle sees one she will chase it all over the place. They usually run away thank goodness. You are lucky Princess doesn't chase them.

I was reading about them and they can get them from rubbing a piece of grass. It is that easy. Then it said they get on the dog and then get in the skin. But it sounds easy to pick up for dogs and humans! I was pretty grossed out from the reading.

About the bump on her back, I think I would be asking my vet just to be on the safe side.
