If you don't have a lot of money, then
please don't adopt another yorkie.
You need to make sure you have enough money to insure your pet and to get medical help when it's needed. Unfortunately, some of your other posts have proved that getting a dog at this stage in your life is NOT a good idea.
Please please wait until you have the
time and
money to be a really good yorkie Mum.
It sounds like your little Elizabeth spent a lot of time in her crate while you were at work and also her last few days were spent in unimaginable pain...while you were at work.
