Puppy wipes are good. I use to wipe Kaji's paws after every trip outside. A rubdown with a warm towel helps too. Especially on the face. If he's extraordinarily stinky, I give him a bath. That usually doesn't happen unless someone else gives him a bath. It always seems like when someone else does it, they only wash him on top, and don't really go down into the coat.
