I have a little set by Oster that is made to go around the face. The trimmer head is about 3/4" wide, so you can get in pretty tight spaces.
If your little girl is really tiny, you might want to consider getting one of the little battery powered eyebrow/bikini line trimmers. They are quite and easy to maneuver, plus the head is really tiny.
