Well the ears can be clipped when they are born (or at a certain age...I don't even know) but anyways, they are usually clipped with the tails are docked or whatever and I didn't want the ears clipped. Chip (my boy)'s ears were down up until about a month ago when one popped up and the other is almost up so I was just wondering if maybe Dixie's would pop as well...I didn't know if that was "rare" after a certain age
